复方麻芥透皮贴剂经皮肤给药的安全性研究

目的:考察复方麻芥透皮贴剂经皮肤给药安全性。方法:通过对健康家兔进行皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验及健康豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验,观察复方麻芥透皮贴剂经皮肤用药的急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性。结果:复方麻芥透皮贴剂对破损皮肤组试药中、高剂量组表现为轻度刺激性,其余各组均均无急性毒性和刺激性。对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:本实验所用复方麻芥透皮贴剂经皮肤给药安全。

Enepidermic reliability of compound mustard seed and ephedra transdermal patch

Objective:To investigate the safety of compound mustard seed and ephedra transdermal patch through the skin.Methods:The aim of this research was to survey acute toxicity,irritation and hypersensitivity of compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch on animal skin through skin acute toxicity and skin irritation test in healthy rabbits and dermal sensitivity test in healthy guinea pigs.Results:The result showed that the medium and high dose group showed slight stimulation on worn skin of rabbits,the other groups had no acute toxicity and no irritation on integrated and worn skin of rabbits,and it had no hypersensitivity on integrated skin of guinea pigs.Conclusions:The experiment indicated that it is safe to administrate the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch via skin.
