| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨端粒酶活性与膀胱癌之间的关系。方法：采用TRAP-ELISA法对膀胱癌组织和癌旁正常膀胱组织中端粒酶活性进行检测。结果：膀胱癌组织和癌旁正常膀胱组织中端粒酶活性阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;高分化组与低分化组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;早期膀胱癌组与中晚期膀胱癌组端粒酶活性差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：膀胱癌组织中端粒酶活性较正常组织活性高,膀胱癌端粒酶活性与其恶性程度有相关性,故端粒酶活性测定可作为早期诊断膀胱癌的标志物。
