112株铜绿假单胞菌医院获得性感染现状及耐药性分析

目的分析2008年1月到2010年6月本院112株铜绿假单胞菌(PA)医院获得性感染现状及其耐药性。方法铜绿假单胞菌培养与鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法(K-B法),按美国临床实验室标准化研究所2006年版本制定的标准判断结果。结果 112株PA主要分布在重症监护病房42株,占37.5%、内科30株,占26.8%和外科17株,占15.1%,其他科室9株,占8.0%。PA对14种抗菌药物药敏试验结果表明:耐药率较高的抗菌药物有:复方新诺明、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星等,达48.7%~86.6%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性已十分严重,对于PAE的感染,应在药敏指导下用药,应采取必要措施控制多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌的发生和传播。

Investigation of the infection status and drug resistance in nosocomial infections with pseudomonas aeruginosa
