氯硝西泮针剂与片剂治疗焦虑性神经症的比较

目的：氯硝西泮针剂和片剂治疗焦虑症疗效和副作用的比较。方法：针剂组２０例，男性１３例，女性７例，年龄（３２±ｓ１３）ａ，氯硝西泮针剂加入０．９％氯化钠注射液５００ｍＬ静脉滴注，剂量（４．２±０．７）ｍｇ／ｄ，治疗１ｗｋ，片剂组２０例，男性１１例，女性９例，年龄（３２±１１）ａ，口服氯硝西泮，剂量（８．４±２．５）ｍｇ／ｄ。结果：针剂起效快，最快仅０．５ｈ，痊愈１３例，进步７例；片剂起效慢，痊愈１例，进步１５例，无效４例（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｗｋ２末２组疗效相当，副作用无显著差异。结论：氯硝西泮针剂适用于需尽快控制病情的急性病人。

Clonazepam injection vs tablet in treatment of anxiety disorder

AIM: To compare the therapeutic and side effects between clonazepam injection and tablet in treatment of anxiety disorders. METHODS: Twenty patients with anxiety disorders M 13, F 7, age (32±s 13)a] received clonazepam injection (4.2±0.7) mg/d and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 500 mL, iv, gtt, qd×1 wk, and were compared with another 20 patients with anxiety disorders M 11, F 9, age (32±11)a] receiving clonazepam tablet (8.4±2.5) mg/d. RESULTS: The injection group had a quicker response and better anti_anxiety effects than the tablet group; the quickest effect took only 0.5 h to appear. In injection group, 13 patients were cured, 7 patients were improved; while in tablet group, 1 patient was cured, 15 patients were improved, 4 patients were ineffective (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The response of clonazepam injection is quicker than that of the tablet and the injection is suitable for emergency patients.
