| 摘 要： | 在目前医疗纠纷数量不断增加、医患关系日趋紧张的形势下，我院对医疗纠纷产生的原因进行了分析，并采取“提前介入”的措施对医疗纠纷进行事前控制。通过“提前介入”的具体实践及对其效果的分析，说明“提前介入”对保护临床医生以及预防医疗纠纷起到了很好的作用。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of increasing medical disputes and strain relation of hospital and patient, the causes of medical dispute were analyzed and measures of in-advance intervention to pre-control medical dispute were applied. The effectiveness and experiences of in- advance intervention were analyzed and the function of in-advance intervention in prevention medical dispute and protect doctors were presented. |
