头皮针在卡介苗接种中的应用研究

目的探讨在接种过程中应用头皮针提高卡介苗注射成功率,提高卡痕率,有效预防肺结核及结核性脑膜炎的可行性。方法收集102例健康婴儿,按接种计划实施注射。将每日接受接种的婴儿按顺序随机分为实验组50例(单号)和对照组52组(双号)。实验组应用头皮针进行预防接种,对照组采用传统方法进行注射。比较2组首次穿刺成功率,是否足量注入等情况。结果实验组在首针穿刺成功、配制液足量注入、卡痕、婴儿无痛感方向与对照组比较有明显的改善和提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头皮针注射优于传统注射。

Application and comparison of scalp acupuncture in BCG vaccine injection for childred

Objective To study the feasibility of using scalp acupuncture for children during the course of BCG vaccination. Method Divided 102 healthy children who should be accepted BCG vaccination into the experimental group(50 cases)and the control group(52 cases)randomly,traditional vaccinate method was used in the control group,while the scapl acupunture vaccinate method was used in the expermental group. Compared the vaccinate condition between the two groups. Results All the indexes which can indicated the vaccinate condition in the exprimental group were significantly better than those of in the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Using the scalp acupuncture in the course of BCG vaccination is feasible,the effects are better than those of when using traditional vaccination.
