“依托网络系统的互动式教学法”在中医外科学教学中的应用

目的探讨“依托网络系统的互动式教学法”在中医外科学教学中的初步效果。方法2006级七年制医学专业35名学生采用传统教学法进行中医外科学的课堂授课、2007级七年制医学专业24名学生在中医外科学课程尝试了互动式教学法，对这2班学生的考核结果进行分析，并对实行互动式教学的班级同学进行问卷调查，了解学生对2种教学法教学效果的评价。结果大多数学生认为依托网络系统的互动式教学方式能激发学习兴趣。结论依托网络系统的互动式教学有利于培养学生的临床应用能力，在中医外科学教学中可作进一步尝试。

Application of interactive teaching approach relying on network system in teaching of TCM surgery

Objective To discuss the preliminary effectiveness of interactive teaching approach relying on network system in teaching of TCM surgery. Methods A traditional teaching approach was used in classroom teaching of TCM surgery in 35 medical students of 2006 grade on 7-year program, and an interactive teaching approach was used in 24 medical students of 2007 grade. The assessment results of the students in two classes were analyzed. A survey with questionnaire was carried out in the students who were taking interactive teaching approach for surveying students＇ opinions on the effects of the two teaching approaches. Results Most students thought that the interactive teaching approach relying on network system could arouse their interest in learning. Conclusion The interactive teaching approach relying on network system can help students to cultivate their clinical ability, and deserves a further attempt in teaching of TCM surgery.
