中医骨伤方向研究生临床技能培养教学改革与实践

摘    要:为了适应新时期医学教育的特点,培养高层次、实用型人才的需求,强化骨伤科研究生在校期间的临床技能训练,提高学生临床技能操作水平,根据我院实际情况,参照外院经验,经过调研与摸索,制定了临床技能培养规划,编写了能考核的指标体系。对基本操作技术等做了较为明确的规定。并在临床教学中加以实践。通过教学手段的改进、带教队伍的遴选、加强教学管理和监督、开展带教教师的评价、开展教学示范查房、学生多参与临床、严格临床教学考核等措施,学生临床技能有明显提高,临床教学取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In order to fit to the characteristics of medical education in new age, meet the demands of cultivating practical and high-level talents, reinforce clinical skill training for graduates in orthopedics and traumatology specialties on campus, improve the students' performance level of clinical skills, a clinical skills training plan was formulated and an assessment indictor system was edited according to the practice of our school and the experiences of other schools. The basic performance skills were definitely stipulated and used in clinical teaching. The students' clinical performances have been improved significantly, and good clinical teaching results have been obtained through ameliorating teaching methods, selecting teaching teams, reinforcing teaching management and supervision, carrying out evaluation on teachers, demonstrating making the rounds of wards, encouraging students participating in clinical performance, and making clinical teaching assessment strict.
