| 摘 要： | 提出从就业能力的视角来研究新兴交叉专业的课程设置,并以南京中医药大学所开设的医疗保险专业为例进行具体分析。认为课程设置体系结构缺乏科学性,不利于专业知识的有机融合和学生就业能力的提高是该专业课程设置面临的主要问题。调整课程设置结构、改革专业课程内容、强化实践教学环节是该专业提升学生就业能力导向下课程设置改革的主要对策。

| Abstract: | As the result of college English reform, the teaching of English for general purpose has failed to meet the needs of students in their study and career. Thus it becomes urgent for TCM colleges and universities to develop the current curriculum system of follow-up college English courses. Based on the results of questionnaires in undergraduates of non-English specialties in TCM colleges and universities, the authors suggested the construction of multi-module and multi-level curriculum system of follow-up college English courses characteristic of Chinese medicine, and discussed the possibility of adopting such a curriculum system from the perspectives of curriculum system, courses management, teaching materials, and teacher training. |
