国外高校教师发展现状研究及其启示

随着高校教育改革的推进，教师发展有着重要性和紧迫性，因此，加强对高校教师发展的研究已成为必然趋势。高等教育的大众化、科学技术的迅速发展、知识更新速度不断加快以及全球化教育理念的转变等，都要求高校教师要进行全面系统的发展。对高校教师发展理论进行了梳理，借鉴国外高校教师发展经验，结合国内研究现状，为完善我国高校教师发展研究提出建议，探索我国高校教师发展途径，以期强化我国高素质教育人才队伍建设和培养。

University faculty development in foreign countries

With the advance of educational reform, faculty development has been confronted with importance and urgency. Therefore, it＇ s an inevitable trend to strengthen faculty development. With the popularization of higher education, rapid development of science and technology, and the changes of global education philosophy, it＇ s critical to university faculty to develop themselves systmatically. In order to make recommendations to domestic faculty development, the authors reviewed the theory of faculty development and integrate the experience of abroad faculty development and domestic current situation. This article was conducive to improve the quality of faculty group and cultivate talents.
