肛管与肛门袋在大便失禁护理中的应用效果分析

目的：分析肛管与肛门袋在大便失禁护理中的应用效果。方法120例大便失禁患者被随机分为2组，肛管组采用肛管引流，肛门袋组采用肛门袋引流，比较2组的护理效果及成本。结果2组大便溢出发生率分别为8．3％、3．3％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；肛周皮肤损害发生率分别为5％、10％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；肛管组阻塞、脱出的发生率为28．3％、16．7％，分别显著高于肛门袋组的0．0％、1．7％，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；肛管组每日平均护理用时为2．35 h/d、护理费用为22．33元/d，均显著高于肛门袋组0．92h/d、1．73元/d，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论肛门袋引流护理大便失禁的效果优于肛管引流，同时护理费用及护理用时也低于肛管引流。

The application and effect analysis of anal canal and anus bags in fecal incontinence care

Objective To analysis the application effect of anal canal and anus bags in fecal incontinence care.Method 1 20 cases of fecal incontinence were randomly divided into two group,canal group using the anal canal,while bag group using colostomy bags.Compare the re-sults and the cost of care.Results Stools overflow rates was 8.3% （canal group）,3.3% （bag group）foer each other（P〉0.05）.Peri-anal skin damage rate was 5%,1 0%for each other（P〉0.05）.The rates of obstruction and objection of canal group were 28.3%,1 6.7%, which were higher than those of bag group（P〈0.05）.The average care time of canal group was 2.35h/d and the cost was 22.33yuan/d, which were higher than those of bag group.Conclusion The effect of colostomy bag is better than anal canal in fecal incontinence .The nurs-ing care cost and consuming time of colostomy bags are also less that of anal canal.
