任务强化性训练对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者步行功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨任务强化性训练对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组患者均接受常规药物治疗和常规早期康复治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上增加任务强化性训练,内容包括:坐位训练、坐-站训练、站立训练和步行训练。分别在治疗前、治疗8周后采用功能性步行能力分级(FAC)对2组患者进行步行功能评定。结果治疗前2组患者FAC步行分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者FAC步行分级较治疗前均有改善,但观察组患者的分级更高,比对照组获得更好的步行能力(P=0.003)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,给予任务强化性训练能更有效地改善脑梗死偏瘫患者的步行功能。

The Effect of Intense Task Training to Improve Walking Function of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intense task training to improve walking function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group had 30 patients. The routine drug therapy and early rehabilitation therapy were given to the control group ; on the basis of the above treatment,intense task training, including sitting training, sitting -standing training, standing training and walking training were given to the intervention group. Then using Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC) to compare the walking function between the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks' treatment respectively. Results There was no significant difference of walking function between the two groups before treatment( P 〉 0.05 ). After 8 weeks' treatment, both of the two groups' walking function improved, but the intervention group' s pa tients had better walking function(P = 0. 003). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, intense task training is help to improve the walking function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.
