健脾降脂汤治疗高脂血症28例临床观察

目的 :观察中药健脾降脂汤治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 :将56例患者随机分两组。治疗组28例 ,采用中药健脾降脂汤内服 ;对照组28例服舒降之(辛伐他汀)治疗。治疗2个月后 ,观察两组对甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL_C)的改善情况 ,以及药物的不良反应率。结果 :治疗组对甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05) ,治疗组的不良反应率也明显低于对照组 ,但两组对胆固醇的改善程度相当。结论 :健脾降脂汤治疗高脂血症的疗效显著 ,不良反应率低。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATING 28 CASES OF HYPERLIPEMIA WITH JIANPI JIANGZHI DECOCTION

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction on hyperlipemia.Methods:56cases of hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group with28cases was given Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction while the control group was given Simvastatin Tablets.Two months later,the observation was made to see the change of TG,TC and HDL-C in both groups,and theadverse reaction rate of medicine.Results:The TG and HDL-C were more improved in the treatment group than in the control group with the significant difference.(P<0.05),meanwhile,the adverse reaction rate in treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group.But there were no significant differences between the two groups in improving the TC.Conclusiions:The Jianpi Jiangzhi Decoction produces good curative effects on hyperlipemia with low adverse reaction rate.
