肺癌体外药敏试验与临床疗效的相关性

目的：采用四唑盐(MTT)药敏试验方法筛选对肺癌的敏感药物并指导临床化疗．方法：将145例4种不同类型的肺癌，分为MTT试验组和未接受MTT对照组．接受MTT药敏试验，根据药敏结果指导化疗，未接受MTT药敏对照组凭经验化疗．结果：体外药敏试验与临床治疗结果的总符合率为89．3％；阳性符合率为90．9％；阴性符合率为77．8％；试验敏感性为96．8％；特异性为53．8％．接受MTT药敏试验临床治疗有效率明显高于凭经验化疗对照组．结论：MTT体外药敏试验与临床治疗敏感性有很好的相关性，是指导临床化疗的一种可行而又重要的药物筛选方法。

Correlation between drug sensitive experiment in vitro and clinical effects in lung cancer

AIM: To screen sensitive drugs to lung cancer for clinical chemotherapy by using MTT drug sensitive test. METHODS: 145 cases of four different kinds of lung cancers were divided into two groups: the MTT test group and the control group. The MTT group were treated according to the drug sensitive result, while the control group were treated by sheer experience. RESULTS: The matching ratio of the drug sensitive test result and curative effects was 89.3%, with the positive matching ratio being 90.9%, while the negative ratio 77.8%. The sensitivity of test was 96.8% and the specificity was 53.8%. The curative effects of clinical therapy in the MTT test group were better than those in the control group. CONCLUSION: There is a good correlation between MTT drug sensitive test in vitro and the curative effects of clinical therapy, indicating it is a viable method in screening drugs for clinical chemotherapy.
