健康教育对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨健康教育对脑卒中患者生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法:118例急性脑卒中患者随机分为教育组和对照组各59例,均常规进行神经内科药物治疗和康复训练,教育组同时进行规范的健康教育。治疗前和治疗3个月后利用生存质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对QOL进行评定。结果:教育组2次WHOQOL-BREF评分分别为(50.65±12.30)(、80.75±12.85),对照组为(51.25±11.23)(、70.25±12.12);治疗后WHO-QOL-BREF评分与治疗前比较2组均有提高(均P<0.05);2组间比较教育组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统规范的健康教育可以提高脑卒中患者对治疗的依从性,改善生活质量。

Effect of Early Health Education on Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Stroke

Objective: To study the effect of health education on quality of life(QOL) in patients with acute stroke.Methods: 120 hemiplegics patients who suffered from acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in the health education group and 60 cases in the control group.The patients in the health education group were subjected to clinical treatment and regular health education,and those in the control group only received clinical treatment.The QOL was assessed by WHOQOL-BREF before and 3 months after treatment.Results: The QOL scores in the two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).The scores in the rehabilitation group were obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Health education on patients with acute stroke can increase the compliance of the patients with acute stroke to treatment and improve the QOL.
