摘    要:目的探讨外固定架结合有限内固定在高能量Pilon骨折中的应用效果。方法选取我院2009年1月-2012年12月172例高能量Pilon骨折患者,按照自愿原则将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者应用切开复位钢板内固定方法进行治疗,研究组则应用外固定架结合有限内固定方法进行治疗,观察两组患者骨折复位状况、踝关节功能恢复情况,并发症发生率等。结果研究组患者经治疗后解剖复位率、踝关节功能优良率和对照组相比较均有上升现象,而并发症则显著减少(P〈0.05),两组差异存在明显统计学意义。结论外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗高能量Pilon骨折效果明显,可以提高预后质量,有广泛临床推广价值。

Abstract:【Objective】To study the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the application of highenergy Pilon fracture effect.【Methods】From January 2009-December 2012 172 cases of high-energy Pilon fractures patients,according to the voluntary principle divided into research group and the control group,control group patients with open reduction and plate internal fixation method for treatment,and research the application of external fixator combined with limited internal fixation method for treatment,observe two groups of patients with the fracture position,ankle joint function recovery,complications and so on.【Resluts】The treatment group patients after anatomical reattachment rate,the rate of good function of ankle joint and the control group were compared rise phenomenon,significantly reduced while complications happen,P 0.05,there is obvious difference in the two groups statistically significant.【Conclusion】the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation treatment of high-energy Pilon fracture effect significantly,can improve the quality of outcomes,with extensive clinical popularization value.
