颅脑前循环动脉狭窄或闭塞的影像学与临床表现评估

目的探讨闭塞性脑血管病的影像学表现，以及临床对闭塞性脑血管病的评估。方法分析224例因前循环狭窄或闭塞引起脑梗死患者CT及MRI影像学表现，与对照组进行相关比较。数据处理使用SPSS16．0统计软件分析处理，P〈0．05认为有显著性差异。结果224例梗死组与非梗死组的108例患者比较，梗死组在高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症上均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。因此，有高血压、糖尿病和高血脂症的患者更容易出现前循环的梗死。结论高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是前循环脑梗死的主要危险因素之一，因此对症状不典型者有必要及旱进行颅脑CT筛查或MRI检查，以得到及时准确的治疗。

Diversified Assessment of Manifestation of Anterior Circulation Artery Stenosis or Occlusion Imaging

Objective To explore and assess the manifestation of the occlusive cerebrovas- cular disease imaging. Methods CT, MRI manifestation of 224 cases of cerebral infarction caused by anterior circulation stenosis or occlusion was analysed and compared with the control group related.All data was processed with statistical software SPSS 16.0. P〈0.05 considered it significant difference. Results comparing 224 cases in infarction group with 1（）8 cases in non-infarction group, there are obvious differences（P〈0.05） in infarction group in hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia. Therefore, the patients of high blood pressure, diabe- tes and hyperlipidenfia were prone to anterior circulation infarct. Co,lclusiolls hypertension, diabetes,byperlipemia is one of the main dangerous factors of anterior circulation cerbral infarction ,so it is necessary to perform brain CT or MRI on the patient with non-typical symptom early in order to get timely treatment.
