MRCP对胆管癌的诊断价值

目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像（MRCP）在胆管癌疾病中的诊断价值。方法对31例经手术和病理证实的胆管癌患者的MRCP图像进行回顾性分析，分析MRCP图像的诊断价值。结幕MRCP不但能直观显示胰胆管扩张和梗阻的部位、形态、范围，而且能清晰显示胰胆管树的结构：本组病例MRCP的定位准确率为31／31（100％），定性准确率为24／31（77．4％）。结论MRCP是一种安全、有效的胰胆管系统影像检查方法，对诊断和鉴别诊断胆管癌有较高的诊断价值。

Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonanced Cholangiopancreatography for the Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinic value and advantage of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of Cholangiocarcinoma. methods 31 patients with cholangiocarcinoma confirnled by surgery and pathology were examed by 3TMR with MP.CP. The diagnostic value of MR.CP was evaluated. Results MP.CP could not only visually display Pancreatic duct dilatation and the site of obstruction, form, range, but also clearly show the pancreaticobiliarv tree structure. Positioning accuracy rate of MP.CP in this group was 31/31 （10（1%）, the accuracy of q uanfitative was 24/31 （77.1%）. ConcluMon M I~. CP is a safety, effective imaging method of the pancreatic duct svstenl, has a high value in the diagnosis and differentiation of Cholangiocarcinoma.
