类风湿性关节炎早期行关节镜下全滑膜切除临床疗效观察

目的探讨类风湿性关节炎早期行关节镜下全滑膜切除临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月-2012年12月收治的46例类风湿性关节炎患者,所有患者给予早期行关节镜下全滑膜切除治疗。结果本组46例患者术后平均随访6个月,与术前RF、ESR、CRP、Lysholm评分比较差异显著,并随时间延长疗效越显著,（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论类风湿性关节炎早期行关节镜下全滑膜切除临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Early rheumatoid arthritis arthroscopic synovectomy full clinical observation

【Objective】To explore the full early rheumatoid arthritis arthroscopic synovectomy clinical efficacy.【Methods】 Our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were treated 46 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,all patients were given whole early arthroscopic synovectomy.【Resluts】The group of 46 patients were followed up for an average of six months,with the preoperative RF,ESR,CRP,Lysholm score were significant differences,and with time the more significant effect,（P〈0.05）,statistically significant difference.【Conclusion】Early rheumatoid arthritis arthroscopic synovectomy all significant clinical effect,worthy of clinical application.
