摘    要:目的探讨最大b值对透明细胞癌多b值的Dwl分析的影响。方法通过回顾性分析17例透明细胞癌患者的影像学资料,分别测量多b值(0S/mm。~1200S/mm。)DWI图像中透明细胞癌的信号强度,采用双指数函数分析数据,根据最大b值(bmax)的选择分为两组:组1(b=800S/ram0)和组2(b=1200S/1111112)。分析两组的参数F、Dfast和DslOW有无差异,组间比较采用配对秩和检验(WiICOX011)。结果透明细胞癌的Dwl信号随着b值的增大而减小。双指数函数分析的参数F、Dfast和DS1OW的中位数(及75%区间)在组1中分别依次为60.79%(37.79%、89.54%)、3.485×10—3mm2/S(2.028×10—3mm2/S,7.053×10mm2/S)和0.5837×10-3mm2/s(0mm0/S,1.161×10-3mm0/S);在组2中分别依次为77.84%(60.13%,89.06%)、2.91801013mm’/S(2.309×100mm0/S,5.749×10-3mm2/S、和q.1s01×10-3mmz}S00ram27S,0.6583×10-3mm2/S)。各参数在两组间均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论在透明细胞癌的多b值Dwl分析中,最大b值为800S/ram。和1200S/m111。对多b值DwI的分析结果没有明显的影响。

The Influence of Maximal b Values on the Analyses of Multi-b DWI Used in Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To probe the influence ot maximal b values on the analyses of multi- b DWI used in clear cell renal carcinoma (CCRCC). Material andMethods The imag- ing data, of 17 case with CCRCC confirmed bV pathologv after surgery, was analyzed retrospectively. The signal of parenchvma in C(2R.CC were measured on DWI with multi- b values (0 s/ram~ 1200 s/nun2) respectively, and the data was postprocessed using the bioexponential function with the maximal b (b)=800 s/nnll2 (Group 1) and 1200 s/mm2 (Group 2), respectively. The parametm~, including F, Dfast and Dslow was assessed by paired Wilcoxon test. Results The si~znal of CCP, CC decreased with increased b factors. After the analyses of bioexponential function with different b, the medians (and interquartile range) of F, Dfast and Dslow are 60.79% (37.79%, 89.54%), 3.485 ×10-3 mm2/s (2.1)28 ×10-2 mine/ s, 7.053 ×10^-3 mm2/s) and 0.5837 ×10-3mm2/s (0 mm-2/s, 1.161 ×10-3 mine/s) in Group 1, and 77.84% (60.13%, 89.()6%), 2.918 ×10 ^-3mm2/s (2.309 ×10-3 mm2/s, 5.749×10 ^-3 mine/s) and 0.1507 ×10'3 mm-'/s (0 mine/s, (I.6583 ×10 3 mnl_~/s) in Group 2, respectively. There arc no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The differ- ence of two maximal b values, 800 s/mm2 and 1200 s/mm2, can' t affect the results in the postprocessing of nmlti-b DWI used in assessing CCRCC.
