磁共振表观弥散系数值对骨髓瘤细胞百分比的评价价值

目的探讨磁共振表观弥散系数值（ADC）与骨盆多发性骨髓瘤（MM）骨髓瘤细胞百分比的相关性分析。方法对我院收治的11例多发性骨髓瘤患者进行髂骨骨髓穿刺检测骨髓瘤细胞比例,并于穿刺后行骨盆MRI检查,测量相应穿刺点的ADC值。结果 11例骨盆MM患者16个穿刺点,其中骨髓瘤细胞百分比正常的穿刺点5个,其ADC值为（510±268）×10^-6mm2/s,余11个异常穿刺点的ADC值为（985±377）×10^-6mm^2/s,二者间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,16次穿刺测量的骨髓瘤细胞百分比与ADC值间的变化具有相关性（γ=0.32）。结论磁共振表观弥散系数值可无创性评价骨盆MM骨髓瘤细胞百分比的差异和疗效,可作为MM的优选影像学检查手段。

The value of apparent diffusion coefficient values of MRI to evaluate myeloma cells percentage

【Objective】 To evaluate the magnetic resonance（MR） apparent diffusion coefficient（ADC） values and pelvic multiple myeloma（MM） myeloma cells percentage of correlation analysis.【Methods】in our hospital treated 11 cases of multiple myeloma patients with iliac bone marrow puncture testing myeloma cells proportion,and puncture pelvic MRI examination,after measuring the puncture point of ADC values accordingly.【Resluts】11 cases of pelvis 16 MM patients puncture points,including five myeloma cells percentage of normal puncture point,the ADC values of（510±268）×10-6mm^2/s,more than 11 abnormal puncture point of ADC value of（985±377）×10^-6mm^2/s,the difference between them was statistically significant（P0.05）,16 times piercing measurement of myeloma cells percentage between the ADC values and changes of correlation（γ=0.32）.【Conclusion】Noninvasive evaluation of pelvic magnetic resonance（MR） apparent diffusion coefficient values can be MM myeloma cells percentage difference and curative effect,can be used as optimizing imaging examination method of MM.
