后外侧减压植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折临床探讨

目的对胸腰段爆裂骨折治疗中应用后外侧减压植骨融合内固定治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取我院2010年8月-2012年8月收治的胸腰段爆裂骨折患者46例,所有患者均行后外侧减压植骨融合内固定术治疗,所有患者均进行1年随访,对术前、术后1年神经功能、AMS评分及术后骨折恢复情况进行分析。结果术后1年患者Cobb角、AMS评分与椎体高度较术前均有明显改善,各相应数据间差异显著,对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。并发症发生率为13.04%。结论在胸腰段爆裂骨折治疗中行后外侧减压植骨融合内固定术治疗,可显著改善患者神经功能,促使骨折快速恢复,疗效满意,值得在临床中推广应用。

Posterolateral decompression,bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment of the thoracic lumbar burst fracture

The incidence of complications was 13.04%.【Conclusion】The thoracic lumbar burst fracture posterolateral decompression bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment of boc has significant curative effect, can significantly improve patients with nerve function, prompting fractures in patients with rapid recovery, is worth popularization in clinical.
