脑欣方对D-半乳糖诱导的脑功能衰退小鼠的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨脑欣方对D-半乳糖诱导的脑功能衰退小鼠的保护作用.方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖(46 d,120 mg/kg),采用水迷宫测试仪测定模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,同时检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果灌服脑欣方 100、200、400 mg/kg 46 d可以不同程度地改善模型小鼠的学习记忆能力;明显增强模型小鼠脑组织SOD活力,增加GSH含量,降低MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论抑制脑组织脂质过氧化反应,提高脑组织的抗脂质过氧化能力,可能是脑欣方改善行为学异常,防治老年期痴呆的作用机制之一.

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of Naoxin Formula against brain function decline induced by D-galactose in mice. Methods The mouse model of brain function decline was induced by a subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (120 mg/kg for 46 days) at the mouse's nape. A water maze detector was used to detect the mouse's learning and memorizing abilities. At the same time, the activity of cerebral SOD and the levels of cerebral GSH and MDA were also examined. Results Intragastric administration of Naoxin Formula at doses of 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, and 400 mg/kg, respectively, for 46 days, could improve learning and memorizing abilities in the model mice to different degrees, markedly enhance the activity of cerebral SOD, increase the level of GSH, and decrease the level of MDA (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion One of the mechanisms of Naoxin Formula for adjusting abnormal behavior and treating senile dementia may be inhibiting cerebral lipid peroxidation and increasing the brain's ability to resist lipid peroxidation.
