钼靶X线摄影在乳腺疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的:为了进一步提高乳腺疾病的诊断水平,探讨钼靶X线摄影的实用价值。材料与方法:作者回顾分析141例乳腺疾病病例的临床表现、钼靶X线平片。结果:钼靶X线摄影根据乳腺发育情况,可分4型进行X线摄影检查。Ⅰ型:30—35Kv,30mA,1.2—1.4S;Ⅱ型:20—30Kv,30mA,0.8—1.2S;Ⅲ型:20—24Kv,30mA,0.6—1.0S;Ⅳ型:32—35Kv,30mA,1.2—1.6S。结论:钼靶X线摄影对乳腺疾病的诊断具有一定价值,可作为一种辅助检查手段。

Abstract:: Objective To improve radiologic diagnostic rate of Mammary diseases and determine the value of Mammographg. Materials and Methods: 141 patients with mammary diseases were studied,the clinical and mam-mographic findings were reviewed retrospective. Results : Mammography were divided in 4 types. Type I :30-35Kv, 30mA, 1. 2-1. 4S; Type II : 20-24Kv, 30mA, 0. 8-1. 2S; Type I : 20-24Kv, 30mA, 0. 6-1. OS; Type IV ; 32-35Kv,30mA,l. 2-1. 6S. Conclusion:The results showed thatMammography has a certai nvalue in diagnosing mammary disseases. It is hoped to be a supplementary examining modality.
