| 摘 要： | 目的了解第二轮艾滋病综合防治示范区高危场所女性性工作者的艾滋病防治知识和行为状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法在3个示范区的部分娱乐场所中对368名女性性工作者开展专题调查。结果艾滋病防治基本知识知晓人数为324(88.4%);最近一次性行为中安全套的使用率为86.41%,在最近一个月的性行为中,坚持每次使用安全套的占51.63%,偶尔使用的占44.02%,从来不用的占4.35%。结论示范区通过形式多样的宣传教育和行为干预提高了女性性工作者的艾滋病知识知晓率,促进了行为改变,从而有效地遏制艾滋病病毒由女性性工作者向一般人群的传播速度。
