| 摘 要： | 目的了解虹口区娱乐场所女性性工作者对艾滋病知识的知晓水平及安全套使用情况,并进行相应的干预措施讨论。方法随机选择上海市虹口区的4个街道的408名女性性工作者开展面对面的问卷调查,同时采集5mL静脉血进行HIV抗体、梅毒和HCV抗体检测。结果共调查女性性工作408人,8道艾滋病知识问题能正确回答出6道及以上者占94.8%,最近1个月内安全套使用率为25.7%,最近一次性行为中安全套使用率为65.1%。未检出HIV抗体阳性者,梅毒阳性率为5.5%,HCV抗体阳性率为0.2%。结论今后需继续加大对该人群的相关宣传干预力度,提高该人群性病、艾滋病的筛查率,遏制性病、艾滋病疫情的扩散。
