| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区就诊居民对上海市基本药物制度健康教育干预实施前后的知晓情况,以便总结有效的卫生政策宣教干预方法。方法在全市社区卫生服务中心、社区等各类场所开展上海市基本药物制度的健康教育干预活动。采用随机抽样的方法,自行设计调查表,对前往社区卫生服务中心就医配药的居民采用拦截法进行干预前、后的问卷调查。结果宣教干预实施后,市民对上海市基本药物制度的总体知晓程度明显上升(P<0.05)。其中,基本药物目录启用、社区卫生服务中心基本药物"零差率"、社区卫生服务中心仅配备基本药物、实行基本药物后报销比例会增加以及正确应答基本药物数量的正确知晓率均有显著上升(P<0.05)。结论同时采用集中式讲座、巡展、发放健康处方、播放宣传教育片、分发小册子、专题日现场活动等多形式,对基本药物目录制度实施的宣传教育是切实有效的干预手段。
