| 摘 要： | 目的评价以免费给药形式对社区高血压患者进行综合干预的效果。方法从2007年起对外冈社区新发现的523名高血压患者,通过发放免费药物的方式进行综合干预。结果通过综合干预措施,患者对于高血压诊断标准、危险因素和相关疾病的知晓率分别提高了56.5%、42.5%和50.1%;患者定期测血压率上升了26%,按医嘱服药人数比例提高了30.4%。结论对高血压患者以免费给药形式进行综合干预有利于患者生活方式的改变、药物依从性的提高及高血压的控制。
