| 摘 要： | 探讨十二五期间,县级实施全球基金结核病控制项目、中央公共卫生专项基金结核病控制项目工作,要按照突出两个重点工作、完善一个保障机制的思路,有效地推进结核病防治迈向制度化、规范化和科学化的工作轨道。其重点工作之一是积极发现肺结核病人、认真落实肺结核病人归口管理工作,之二是强化直接督导下的短程化疗(DOTS)、加强肺结核病人的系统管理;保障机制是加强监督管理、提供技术支撑,为进一步推动肺结核病人归口管理与治疗系统管理工作的落实创造良好环境。
