上海市虹梅社区65岁以上老人健康体检结果分析

目的了解社区老年人健康状况及慢性病的患病情况,为今后在社区开展健康教育与健康促进提供科学依据。方法利用自行设计的体检表,对729位65岁以上老人采取自愿报名的方式进行体检,指标包括身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、心率、视力以及血脂、血糖、三大常规等项目。结果指标正常人数为182人,占24.96%,指标异常的有557人,占75.04%。慢性病占前4位分别是肥胖、高血脂、高血压、高尿酸。结论社区老年人的身体状况不容乐观,多数老人患有2种及2种以上的慢性疾病。今后的工作重点是在社区大力开展健康教育与健康促进,大力提倡健康的生活方式,以降低慢性病的患病率。
