摘    要:目的:比较不同干燥方法对黄芩有效成分含量的影响,优选黄芩的最佳干燥方式.方法:以HPLC测定黄芩苷含量为指标,比较自然晒干、自然阴干、60℃烘干、真空干燥、远红外干燥及微波干燥6种方法处理黄芩药材的优劣.结果:采用远红外干燥方法时黄芩有效成分黄芩苷的质量分数最高,平均为14.43%;从成本和成分含量及实用性综合分析黄芩应采用自然晒干方法.结论:优选的干燥方法稳定,可控性高.

Abstract:Objective:To compare effect of different drying methods on the content of active components from Scutellaria baicalensis,to find out optimum drying method for S.baicalensis.Method: S.baicalensis was processed by six drying methods including natural drying in the sun,natural drying in the shade,oven drying under 60 ℃,vacuum drying,infrared drying and microwave drying.Result: The content of active component(baicalin) was the highest(average content was 14.43%) by infrared drying;But it should adopt natural drying in the sun for S.baicalensis by comprehensive analyzing of the cost,the content of active component and practicality.Conclusion: Optimized drying method for S.baicalensis was stable and high controllability.
