云南省西双版纳州G6PD缺乏症及其与疟疾流行关系的调查

目的了解云南省西双版纳州傣族及基诺族葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症患病率及其与疟疾的关系。方法运用四氮唑蓝纸片法对72例傣族及43例基诺族样本进行G6PD缺乏症的筛查,并调查其中31例傣族及25例基诺族的既往疟疾病史。结果经筛查发现西双版纳州傣族及基诺族G6PD缺乏症的患病率分别为0.2500和0.1395,且后者G6PD缺陷的基因频率为0.1579。结论西双版纳州属G6PD缺乏及疟疾高发区,两种疾病的流行区域具有一定的相关性,提示G6PD基因突变可能是自然选择长期作用的结果。

Survey of the Correlation of the Prevalence of G6PD Deficiency and Malaria in Xishuangbanna

Objective To survey the incidence of the glucose-6-phosphete dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency among Dai people and Jinuo people in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, and study the relationship between the incidence of G6PD deficiency and malaria infection.Methods 72 Dai people and 43 Jinuo people were screened for G6PD deficiency by the method named Nitroblue Tetrazolium paper strip, and the malaria infection histroy of 31 Dai people and 25 Jinuo people were collected. Results The incidence of G6PD deficiency among Dai people is 0.2500 and that among Jinuo people is 0.1395, while the later has a frequency of 0.1579 with defect in the G6PD gene. Conclusion Xishuangbanna has a high incidence of both G6PD deficiency and malaria. Our results showed that G6PD deficiency geographically correlated with incidence of malaria, which indicated that the mutations of G6PD gene might result from the natural selection.
