建立与完善中药毒性成分的限量检查

中药“大毒”“有毒”之品统称为毒剧药。阐述毒性中药的定义以及既有药理作用又有毒理作用的两重性，建立与完善中药毒性成分的限量检查，对中药成方制剂中的毒性成分的含量予以客观反映，可提高人们对中药毒性成分的认识。笔者在现行质量标准已规定有定性鉴别和低限含量测定方法的基础上，探讨中药毒性成分的限量检查方法，并认为我国中药地方标准升为国家标准及加入世贸组织后，需建立与完善中药毒性成分的限量检查，不断提高中药质量标准。

Establishment and Perfection of Test for Controlling Content of Toxic Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Traditional Chinese medicines with heavy and general toxicity are all called toxic medicines. The explanation of the definition of toxic Chinese medicines and their durality of both pharmacological and toxicological actions and the establishment and perfection of the test for controlling the content of toxic components of Chinese medicines as to objectively reflect the content of toxic components of TCM preparations are helpful to the improvement of people's understanding of TCM toxic components. Based on the method of qualitative identification and the test of low content which are ruled by the existing regulations of quality standards in China the author of this article explores the method for content - limited testing of TCM toxic components and holds that it is necessary to establish and perfect the content - limited testing of TCM toxic components so as to ceaselessly raise the quality standards of Chinese medicines while local standards of Chinese medicines have been upgraded to the national ones in the country and when the country has joined in WTO.
