摘    要:目的 :观察不同大小、时间的气相静压力对髁突软骨中α2 整合素表达的影响。方法 :对体外培养髁突软骨施加不同大小、时间的静压力 ,利用SABC免疫组化方法检测软骨中α2 整合素表达的变化情况。结果 :10 0kPa的压力能够促进软骨各层α2 整合素的表达 ,12h表达最强 ;3 0 0kPa加压 4h后软骨各层α2整合素表达加强 ,8h到 2 4h软骨各层α2 整合素表达明显减弱。结论 :大小、时间适宜的静压力对α2 整合素的表达有增强作用 ,长时间、较大的静压力抑制软骨α2 整合素的表达

Abstract:Objective: To study the influences of static compressive force on the expression of alpha 2 integrin in condylar cartilage cultured in vitro. Methods: Condylar cartilage samples were obtained from 48 new-borne SD rats and cultured in vitro. Samples were grouped into 3 with 16 in each. Static compressive stress was applied in 2 groups under different levels for different duration, the other group was used as the none-stress control. The expression of alpha 2 integrin in all the samples was examined by immunohistochemistry staining. Results: The expression of alpha 2 integrin in different layers of cartilage was enhanced after being compressed at 100 kPa, and reached the peak 12 h after stress application(P<0.05), then decreased to the level of control in 24 h; While the cartilage was compressed at 300 kPa for 4 h, the expression of alpha 2 integrin was upregulated(P<0.05),then downregulated when cartilage was compressed for 8 h to 24 h. Conclusion: The expression of alpha 2 integrin in condylar cartilage can be enhanced by compressive force with moderate scale and duration;while it can be inhibited when compressive force was applied for longer duration.
