| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中组织蛋白酶D（Cath-D)活性变化对乳腺癌的预后价值。方法 检测67例乳腺癌样本（其中淋巴结阴性37例，淋巴结阳性30例）及32例乳腺良性病变样本中Cath-D的活性，研究其预后价值。结果 （1）乳腺癌样本中的Cath-D的活性明显高于乳腺良性病变样本及正常组织样本（P＜0．01）。（2）67例乳腺癌样本中，淋巴结阳性样本中的Cath-D的活性明显高于淋巴结阴性者（P＜0．05）。（3）Cath-D的活性与肿瘤大小（P＜0．05）、组织学分级（P＜0．05）、按预后好坏的组织学分型（P＜0．01）等病理指标有密切相关。结论 Cath-D的定量检测可作为临床判断乳腺癌患者预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the prognostic value of cathepsin\|D(Cath\|D) activity change in tumor tissue of breast cancer.\ Methods\ Determination of the Cath\|D activity in 67 cases of breast cancer(37 cases of node\|negative breast cancer, 30 cases node\|positive breast cancer) and 32 cases of breast benign disease.\ Results\ (1) The activity of Cath\|D in breast carcinoma was higher than that of breast benign disease or normal breast tissue(P<0.01).\ (2)In 67 cases of breast carcinoma, the activity of Cath\|D in node\|positive breast cancer was higher than that of node\|negative cancer(P<0.05).\ (3)The activity of Cath\|D was correlated with tumor size(P<0.05), histological grading(P<0.05) and histological typing(P<0.01).\ Conclusion\ Detemination of Cath\|D might be of clinical significance for judgement of prognosis in breast cancer. |
