| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低血糖致急性脑功能障碍的急诊诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析本院急诊科28例低血糖致急性脑功能障碍患者的临床资料。结果本组28例中,男18例,女10例。服用降糖药者25例,无糖尿病史者3例。伴脑梗死病史20例,消化性溃疡史2例,胆囊炎史者1例,经诊治后24例痊愈,3例后遗脑功能障碍,1例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论糖尿病患者出现意识障碍伴大汗,首先要考虑低血糖的可能。患有慢性疾病的患者要避免诱发低血糖的相关因素。
