| 摘 要： | 目的：研究丁酸钠诱导结肠癌细胞分化过程中抑癌候选基因NDRG2的表达特点及意义．方法：采用丁酸钠诱导结肠癌HT29，SW480，SW620细胞分化，通过碱性磷酸酶（AKP）测定和透射电镜评价结肠癌细胞的分化程度，应用Real time RT—PCR和Western Blot法测定不同分化点（0，1，2，3，4，5，6d）NDRG2mRNA和蛋白的表达特点．结果：经丁酸钠作用24h-6d后，结肠癌细胞中NDRG2基因mRNA和蛋白水平均显著高于对照组水平．结论：丁酸钠诱导结肠癌细胞分化过程中NDRG2表达显著升高，提示NDRG2是参与结肠癌细胞分化的相关基因．
