应用普查法与枚举法估计彝良县城暗娼基数的探讨

目的通过普查法与枚举法的现场应用,探索暗娼人群规模估计的方法。为疫情估计及制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法普查法是在短时间对城区所有可能存在暗娼的场所内的从业人员人数进行清点计数;枚举法是根据高危场所规模分层抽样调查,计数各层调查样本的均数、标准差、95%可信区间,推算汇总,获得目标人群的估计数。结果彝良县城暗娼人数普查法调查结果为115人,枚举法调查结果为126人。结论普查法与枚举法是2种适用于县城开展AIDS流行相关高危人群规模估计的较实用方法,具有方法简便、结果准确、费用较低、省时省力等优点。但应注意调查时间的选择、目标人群的识别、调查人员培训和调查方法的标准化等因素,以减少评估结果的偏差。

The Application of Census Method and Enumeration Method to Estimate About the Cardinal Number of Commerical Sex Workers (CSWs) of Yiliang County

OBJECTIVE Through applying the census method and the enumeration method about the CSWs,and to provide the scientific basis for the epidemic situation and the controt strategies. METHODS The census method is in a short-time inside all is possible to the city to exist in unlicensed prostitute's place where was the unlicensed prostitute population carried on the inventray counts,the enumeration method is according to the high danger place scale lamination sampling investigation,standard deviation and 95% CI of each stratum were calculated. The estimated number of CSWs was obtained by calculating and aggregating the collected data. RESULTS The number of counting throuhg census and enumeration methods were 115 and 126 respectively. CONCLUSIONS The census method and enumeration method were two kinds of ways that were suitable for count seat to carry out AIDS popularly was connected the high danger crowd scale that estimated comparatively was suitable the method. There were some merits of the ways which the methods were sample. The results were reliable,the expense is lower,time-saving reduced effort and so on. But we should pay attention the investigation time to choose and the goal croud's recognition investigator training and investigation methods all of these in order to reduce the appraised result of the deviation.
