| 摘 要： | 目的从甲状腺功能异常和糖尿病(DM)关系探讨甲亢所致的DM及DM所致低T(3T4)综合征的辨证论治法。方法甲亢所致DM的发病以肝为主,证型主要为肝火阴虚,治疗以调肝滋阴为主,以自拟调肝止渴方辨证加减治疗此类DM取得良效;DM所致低T(3T4)综合征发病以脾肾为主,证型为气阴两虚、阴阳两虚,兼夹痰瘀,治疗以益气养阴、滋阴温阳、活血祛痰为主。结论甲状腺功能异常可作为DM辨证分型的有效客观指标,对此类患者按上述辨证施治后,T3、T4、TSH能够恢复正常或向正常趋势发展,血糖得到较好的控制。

| Abstract: | The article discussed the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes mellitus(DM) due to thyroid dysfunction and T3 (T4) syndrome due to DM. The former results from liver fire and yin deficiency and its treatment concentrates on clearing fire and enriching yin;the latter results from qi and yin and yang deficiency and its treatment focuses on enriching qi and yin and warming yang.Thyroid dysfunction can be used for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of DM. |
