| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血藤(蝶形花科油麻藤属植物大果油麻藤的干燥藤茎)的化学成分.方法 采用提取分离纯化手段,分别从其干燥藤茎的95%乙醇提取物和60%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物.结果 经过化学及波谱鉴定了9个化合物,分别为木栓酮(1)、表木栓醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、豆甾醇(4)、β胡萝卜苷(5)、维太菊苷(6)、芒柄花素(7)、染料木苷(8)、大豆苷(9).结论 以上9个化合物均为首次从血藤植物中得到.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Xueteng(Mucuna,dry rattan of Mucuna macrocarpa Wall.,Genus Mucuna,Family Papilionaceae).Method There were 9 chemical compounds isolated from the ethanol(95%)extract and ethanol(60%)extract of dry rattan of Xueteng by applying the method of extraction,separation and purification.Result These 9 chemical compounds,after the identification of chemistry and spectrum,included friedelin(1),epifriedelanol(2),daucosterol.(3),vittadinoside(4),β-sitosterol(5),stigmasterol(6),formononetin(7),genistin(8)and daidzin (9).Conclusion The above 9 chemical compounds were extracted from Xueteng for the first time. |
