摘 要: | 目的观察白藜芦醇对大鼠退变腰椎间盘髓核组织影响的病理改变及超微结构变化。方法将大鼠36只随机分为正常对照组、椎间盘退变组和白藜芦醇药物干预组各12只,应用HE染色光镜观察各组腰椎间盘髓核组织的病理改变,在电镜下对其进行超微结构的观察。结果光镜下可见正常对照组较多的脊索细胞和类软骨细胞增殖活跃,椎间盘退变组髓核的细胞减少,白藜芦醇药物干预组髓核细胞减少较椎间盘退变组程度轻;电镜下正常对照组的椎间盘髓核组织超微结构的病理改变不显著,而椎间盘退变组表现为髓核细胞减少,出现不同程度的退变、坏死,白藜芦醇药物干预组中退变程度明显减轻。结论通过光镜、电镜下观察白藜芦醇对大鼠退变腰椎间盘髓核组织有延缓或抑制作用,可为白藜芦醇预防和治疗椎间盘退变提供相关的实验依据。

Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of nucleus pulposus in the experimental lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration, Method Thirty - two Sprague - Dawley rats were divided into three groups at random, including in the normal control group, all of the rats were examined after eight weeks by light microscopy and electron microscope. Result There was no significant pathological changes in normal control group. Ceils in nucleus pulposus were reduced in intervetebral disc degenerative group. However, the pathological change in the resveratrol group was better than one in the experimental group. There was no special ultrapathological characterization after operation in the normal control group, while in intervertebral disc degenerative group living cells were sarse, and dead ceils could often be seen. The amount of cell organelles and glycogen granules reduced apparently. The pathological change in the resveratrol group was better than one in the experimental group by electron microscope. Conclusion Observing the changes in the degenerative lumbar in- tervertebral disc degeneration by light microscopy and electron microscope, it can offer the experimental data studying the degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc and resveratrol has a protective effect on the degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc. |
