静脉麻醉在肝癌患者微波消融治疗中的应用

目的观察肝癌患者微波消融治疗时麻醉用药量和镇静深度与年龄的关系。方法以微波消融治疗的109例肝癌患者为研究对象,实施有监测的麻醉看护。按照年龄（60岁）分为老年组和非老年组,采用丙泊酚的静脉麻醉方法,达到满意的清醒镇静/镇痛。记录用药量和镇静程度。结果老年病人用药量和镇静程度低于非老年病人。结论肝癌微波消融治疗时老年患者需要的麻醉药量少,应维持在相对较浅的镇静深度。

Application of intravenous anesthesia in microwave coagulation therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective： To observe the relationship between doses of anesthetics/the sedation depth and the ages of the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） treated with microwave ablation.Methods： Choose 109 cases of HCC patients as study population and implement monitored anesthesia care（MAC） to them.They were divided into elderly group and nonelderly group according to their age（above 60 years old or not）.Adopt propofol intravenous anesthesia and get satisfying conscious sedation/analgesia.Results： the doses of drugs and the sedation degree.Results： The proportion that the elderly group use cardioactive drug is higher than the nonelderly group.The doses of drugs and the sedation degree of the elderly are fewer and lower than those of the nonelderly.Conclusion： The elderly patients with HCC treated with microwave ablation need fewer anaesthetic and should maintain the relatively shallow sedation depth.
