| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卡介苗 (BCG)对哮喘BALB/c小鼠外周血及肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。方法 采用卵蛋白诱导的BALB/c小鼠哮喘模型 ,以BCG处理 ,用彗星法计数哮喘动物外周血及支气管肺泡灌洗液中的凋亡淋巴细胞百分比 ,用二苯胺法定量分析DNA的损伤率 ,比较阳性对照组、阴性对照组和BCG组的淋巴细胞凋亡及损伤情况。结果 外周血中淋巴细胞凋亡率 :阳性对照组为 (2 1 5± 0 44) % ,BCG组为 (4 0 3± 0 30 ) % ,两组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;BALF中淋巴细胞凋亡率 :阳性对照组和BCG组分别为 (1 0 8± 0 69) %和 (2 70± 0 82 ) % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ;外周血DNA损伤率 :阳性对照组为 (7 2 2± 8 66) % ,BCG组为 (9 36± 0 1 5) % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。阴性对照组的各项指标与BCG组相比 ,均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论 BCG可以促进哮喘小鼠的淋巴细胞凋亡 ,加速炎性细胞消除 ,从而起到治疗哮喘的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Bacillus Calmette guerin vaccine (BCG) on apoptosis of lymphocytes in asthmatic BALC/c mice Methods Asthmatic BALB/c mice model established by inhaling ovalbumin was treated by BCG Lymphocytes apopotic index and DNA damage index were determined by comet method and xylidine method,respectively Results Apoptosis index and DNA damage percentage of peripheral blood and BALF lymphocytes were significantly elevated after BCG treatment( P <0 01) Conclusion BCG plays an important role in treating and preventing athma by inducing lymphocyte apoptosis |
