| Abstract: | Left ventricular myxoma is a rare benign cardiac tumor. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice and completeness of removal is mandatory to avoid late recurrence. A case is presented in which aortic transvalvular video-assisted cardioscopy was used to facilitate removal. |
