| 摘 要： | 目的:了解SPECT对脑动脉狭窄相对应区域的功能成像,判断放射性减低区域对脑血管狭窄区域的价值。方法:对162例脑血管病患者行脑血流灌注显像(SPECT)检查及核磁血管减影术(MRA)、经颅多普勒(TCD)。结果:162例脑血管病患者阳性率SPECT为72.72%,MRA为69.81%,TCD为48.83%。结论:脑SPECT对MCA狭窄区域的功能判断具有重要意义,结合MRA、TCD能够指导临床治疗,预测疾病的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study SPECT functional imaging and to judge the evaluat io n of lighter radiotracer uptake for region of cerebral artery stenosis.Metho ds:One hundred and sixty-two cases with cerebrovascular disease received SPEC T with 99m Tc-ethylcysteinate (ECD),the results is compared with MRA and TCD.Resul ts:For the162cases who underwent SPECT,MRA and TCD,the total positive ra te of the three modalities were72.72%,69.81%,48.83%.Conclu sion:99m Tc-ECD SPECT imaging is highly important for functional region of cerebr al artery stenosis,with MRA,TCD together,not only can help clinical treatmen t,but also can predict the prognosis. |
