B超与X线对肾积水诊断的比较(附207例报告)

目的:比较B超和X线对肾积水的诊断标准,为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。方法:对经手术和临床确诊的207例尿路梗阻性肾积水病例的B超与X线平片和静脉肾盂造影的特点进行回顾性分析。结果:B超显示肾积水174例,阳性率84.05%;X线显示肾积水91例,阳性率47.39%。结论:B超对少量、轻度肾积水诊断的特异性明显优于X线;对肾绞痛、尿频尿急或伴血尿等临床表现者,如B超检查发现肾窦分离>0.7cm者应随访。

The comparative of ultrasonography and X-ray in the diagnosis of hydronephrosis

Objective:To compare the diagnosti c standards of ultrasonography with X-ray of hydronephrosis in order to confirm the clinical value of the degree of the separation of nephro sinus.Meth ods :A retrospective analysis was done compar-ing the characteristics of ultrason ography with X-ray on207cases of hydronephrosis for urinary obstruction.A ll cases were proven either surgically or clinically.Results:One hundred and seventy-four cases of hydronephrosis were diagnosed by ultra-sonography,the sensitivity was84.05%;91cases with hydronephrosis were diagnosed by X -ray,the sensitivity was47.39%.Conclu sion:Diagnosis by ultrasonograph y on slight and light water on a kidney showed a sensitivity superior to that of X-ray.If a patient has renal colic,urinary frequency or hematuria and the nephro sinus separation is found to be greater than0.7cm by ultrasonograp hy,the patient should be followed.
