| 摘 要： | 目的:评价彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值。方法:应用二维彩色多普勒、脉冲多普勒技术检查了48例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,对血栓形成的部位、大小、程度以及各期的声像图特点进行了回顾性分析。结果:左下肢31例,右下肢12例,双下肢5例,完全性阻塞76个部位,不完全性阻塞22个部位。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成不失为一首选的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the significance of the color Dopper ultrasound diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the low ex tremity.Methods:With two -dimensional ultrasonography,pulse doppler flow ima ging,48patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were ex amined.Location,size and the extent of the symptoms and the characteristics of flow imaging appeared at any stage of symptoms were detected and analysed .Results:Thirty-one patients were deep venous thrombosis of left lower extre mities,12of right lower extremities and5of both.The location of complet e obstruction were found in76cases,partial obstruction in22cases.Con clusi on:It is one of the best way with color Doppler ultrasound to ob-serve the e volvement of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. |
