| 摘 要： | 目的:分析评价MRI对颅咽管瘤的临床诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析41例颅咽管瘤患者的MRI表现,均经手术病理证实。结果:颅咽管瘤典型表现为鞍上肿物,结节状或分叶状,边界清楚,呈囊性或囊实性,肿瘤信号多不均匀,表现复杂。结论:MRI对颅咽管瘤有很好的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate th e MRI diagnostic value of craniopharyngioma .Materials and Methods:The MRI ap pearances of 41cases comfirmed by histopathology were reviewed and analyzed.R esults:The typical MRI appearance of craniopharyngioma was the masses in the suprasellar region,the tumor is nodular and lobular in shape with clear margi n,sol-id,cystic or solid-cystic in natute.The tumor has hetrogeneous sign al intensity.Conclusion:MRI has great value in the diag-nosis of craniophar yngioma. |
