| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨SCT成像技术及其在喉癌临床应用价值。材料与方法:对53例喉癌进行了二维(2D)、多层面重建(MPR)和仿真内窥镜(CTVE)的研究,均与手术和纤维内窥镜对比。结果:2D,MPR,CTVE均能明显显示喉癌的病变大小、部位、形态,与纤维喉镜基本相一致。结论:SCT在喉癌诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Obj ec tive:To study the value of the clinical application and imaging technology of SCT in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Materials and Methods:Fifty-three cases with laryngeal cancer were studied by2D,MPR and CTVE of SCT,and compa red with findings of fiberoptic laryngoscope and operation.Results:2D,MPR a nd CTVE of SCT could clearly show the size,location,shape,infiltration of t he lesions of laryngeal cancer,and they are correlated well with the find-ing s of laryngoscopy.Conclusion:The SCT is of great value in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. |
