| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗性ERCP的疗效及失败原因,以提高胆胰疾病的治疗水平。方法:患者52例,男20例,女32例,平均年龄57.2岁,全部接受治疗性ERCP。结果:44例治疗成功,其中胆道恶性梗阻8例,3例支架置入,经内镜乳头肌切开32例(合并取石24例),胆道取蛔虫4例,共有12例行鼻胆管引流术,8例治疗失败。结论:治疗性ERCP治疗胆胰疾病安全、有效,并发症少,值得临床推广,但在ERCP治疗前及治疗过程中要重视影像学的诊断分析,以提高治疗成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the cu ra tive effect and the failure causes in therapeutic ERCP,and improve the thera-p eutic level in cholangio-pacreatic diseases.Methods:Fifty-two cases(20we re males,32females with a median age of 57.2years)were treated with ther apeutic ERCP.Results:Therapeutic effort was executed in44cases including mal ignant biliary obstruction(n=8,3of them received metallic stents),endos copic sphincterotomy (EST)(n=32,24of them received extraction)and ext ract ascaris(n=4).12cases received nasal biliary drainage in general.Fou r cases failed to cure.Conclusions:Therapeutic ER-CP is a safe and effective procedure in treatment of cholangio-pancreatic diseases with few complicatio ns and should be pro-moted in clinical application.However,more attention mus t be paid to analyze the X-ray signs in order to improve the thera-peutic succ ess rate. |
